I have made a program and I want to post it to the internet so it is available for download. How would I do this?

It's really simple.

Just find a host like, Download.com, or FileFront(I used to use them), make an account, and upload it. Then it should ask you to describe it(if you use filefront) which you can skip, and when you get to a page with a "download" link you're done.
